Seven Wellis hot tubs stand filled and wired on the showroom floor at 16902 Wright Plaza in the Shops of Legacy, west Omaha, so you can sit in the seat you are buying, feel the jets and hear how quiet the pumps are before you decide. Bring a swimsuit; wet-testing is encouraged.
A visit is simple. Tell us how many people soak and where the tub will sit, and we point you at two or three models instead of seven. Wet-test the one you like: we warm it up, you bring a swimsuit, and you sit in every seat with the jets running. If it is the one, we schedule delivery around your pad and electrical, and our own crew sets it up and walks you through the first fill and the water care. New to hot tubs? The wall behind the showroom carries hot tub chemicals, sanitizers and balancers, filter cleaners, cover lifters and accessories, ordered online for same-day pickup, and water testing at the counter is free.

Every Wellis we sell comes with delivery and setup arranged with you at the sale, across Omaha, Papillion, La Vista, Bellevue, Elkhorn, Gretna, Bennington and Council Bluffs. Hot tub installation comes down to three things we walk through before delivery day: where it sits, what it sits on, and what powers it.
Most tubs travel on their side on a cart and need about 40 inches of clear width and no tight turns to the pad; a crane is the backup plan and it is not cheap, so we look at the route first. Leave room to lift the cover and reach the equipment door.
A 4-inch reinforced concrete pad, a deck built for the load, or interlocking spa pads on compacted gravel all work. A lawn or thin patio pavers do not. A filled seven-seater weighs as much as a small car, so the base is not the place to save.
Most tubs on our floor, including the four-seat Marbella, are 220V hardwired: a licensed electrician runs a dedicated 50-amp GFCI circuit and disconnect, usually a few hundred to a thousand dollars depending on the distance from your panel. A 110V plug-and-play tub uses a dedicated standard outlet and needs no electrical work.
Floor models can usually be delivered within days once your pad and power are ready; special-order colors and models get a date when you order. Our own crew places the tub, connects it, and walks you through the first fill and the water care.

A spillover or inground spa is part of a pool build, not a delivery. Start with inground pools in Omaha and we design the spa into the project.

Call ahead or just come in. We warm up the tub you want to try, you bring a swimsuit and a towel, and you sit in every seat with the jets running for as long as you like. It is the only honest way to pick a hot tub, which is why every tub on our floor is filled.

Wellis builds swim spas and we order them through the same dealership. None stands on the floor today, so ask in the showroom for the swim spa catalog.
