We sell Wellis, so we know those tubs inside and out. But we repair all major brands and models, including spas you bought somewhere else. Many brands share Balboa or Gecko control packs and standard pumps and heaters, so a tub we did not sell is rarely a mystery; parts we do not stock are ordered as needed. Our technicians are licensed and insured, and the work is done by our own crew, never subcontracted.

Most spa problems come down to a handful of parts. Here's what usually goes wrong.
Lukewarm or cold water. Often the heater element, a flow or pressure switch, or a dirty filter starving the heater. We fix or replace spa heating systems.
Usually the circulation pump, an air lock, or a worn jet body. We repair circulation pumps, jet components, and plumbing so the hydrotherapy is strong again.
Blank screens, error codes, unresponsive buttons. We service digital spa controls and automation systems and replace failed boards and topside panels.

What to have ready when you call. The brand and model (the label is inside the cabinet door or on the control box), a photo of the topside display or the error code, whether the water level is above the jets and the filter is clean, when it last ran normally, and whether the breaker or GFCI tripped. Drain and refill every few months, rinse the filter regularly, and test before you adjust. If you'd rather not think about it, our maintenance team handles spa draining, cleaning, and water testing on a schedule.

Before you call, check two things: the filter (a dirty one restricts flow and shuts the heater down) and the water level (low water trips the sensors). If the spa still won't warm, it's usually the heater element, a flow or pressure switch, or the control board. We'll find it and fix or replace what's failed.
If the shell is sound, repair or renovation is usually the smart money; a complete spa pak returns the equipment to like-new. If the shell is cracked and the equipment is tired, we'll say so, and you can wet-test a new Wellis in our showroom.

We repair all major brands and models. Wellis is on our showroom floor and Sundance and Horizon parts are stocked at the store. For Jacuzzi, Hot Spring, Caldera, Bullfrog, Master Spas, Marquis, Arctic Spas and the rest, call with the brand and model: much of the equipment (pumps, heaters, Balboa or Gecko control packs, sensors) is standard and parts are ordered as needed, and when a brand's proprietary part is dealer-only we tell you so up front.
FLO or FL is a flow problem: a dirty filter, low water, an air lock after a refill, or a failed flow or pressure switch. OH or HL is an overheat or high-limit trip, usually from low flow or a pump stuck on. dr or dy means the heater is dry, with no water reaching it. SN is a temperature sensor. Leave it off and call. A GFCI that trips the moment power comes on is usually a heater element, a pump or an ozonator with a short, or moisture in the equipment bay. A tub that trips after running a while points to the heater or a pump under load. We test each component instead of guessing.

Most spa leaks are under the cabinet, not in the shell: a pump seal, a heater union, a jet body or a glued fitting that let go after a freeze. We pull the cabinet panels, run the pumps and look, dye-test suspect fittings, and check the shell last. Spa leak repair for any brand; the equipment side is standard parts, and a wet spot that only appears when the pumps run tells us which side to start on. A pool that is losing water is a different job: pool leak detection.
Most Nebraska owners keep it running; winter is the best time of year to use it, and a running tub cannot freeze. If you would rather shut it down, book a drain and clean before the first freeze so nothing is left in the lines, and never leave a tub half-full with the power off. More on the pool closing page.
