Filter Sand Change

Old sand out, filter cleaned and inspected, fresh sand in. Recommended every two years.

Before we arrive: please have your pool filled to mid-skimmer and your equipment available to install. Repairs or replacements aren't included in opening cost and are scheduled separately. We may quote additional charges for large pools, extra jets and skimmers, commercial pools, excessive water or debris on the cover, or extra chlorine needed for algae / chlorine demand. Waterfalls, deck jets, slides, spas tied into the pool, large filters, and extra skimmers — call for a quote. A trip charge applies outside the city of Omaha.

When swimming season winds down, a proper winterization protects your pool from freezing temperatures, equipment damage, and debris — so spring opens easy.

Plan 1 · Full Close, In-Ground

$4192026 season

Remove ladders, rails, and jets. Disconnect equipment, blow lines, add anti-freeze, install your safety cover, and add shock and algaecide.

Disconnect equipment and lines, remove ladders, add chemicals, and install your cover. Customer drains pool as far as possible in waste mode.

Plan 3 · Spa Drain & Clean

Vacuum out, wipe off the interior, and sanitize the spa. Safety-test electrical, assemble pumps, clean filters, refill, and restart the system.

Plan 4 · Filter Sand Change

$364save $24 if done at closing · replace every 2 years

Includes up to 200 lbs of filter sand. Old sand removed, filter cleaned, system inspected, new sand added. (Old or weakened laterals may break during a sand change; we are not responsible for same.)

We winterize your city water fill line so it's protected through the freeze.

Before we arrive: water must be lowered to 4 inches below the returns/jets. Please have gates unlocked and covers, caps, and plugs left out. After draining, return the valve to filter and close the main valve. Per the manufacturer's request, we will not remove salt cells. Repairs (pool anchors, pumps, heaters) aren't included at closing and are billed separately. Waterfalls, deck jets, slides, large filters, extra skimmers, and commercial pools are extra charges. Pools with tarp covers, water bags, or Fox-Loc covers — call for a quote. Out-of-town areas carry a trip charge.
